Brief Answer:
Normal reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns,
Following is my reply:
1) The remaining big follicle is likely to rupture now anytime or become an unruptured cyst.
2) It is better to take prudent capsule orally till you conceive. I suggest you take vaginally after trying vaginal intercourse for next 5 days.
3) I have seen your reports and there is nothing to worry about. Continue intercourse for another 3 days.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Take prudent orally
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Having intercourse for achieving pregnancy is not advisable if you are taking prudent vaginally. Take prudent orally and swallow like a tablet w=and also continue with intercourse.
There is chance of twin pregnancy with 2 follicles but chances are less. Dont worry.
