Hi,
I understand your concerns.
Third follicle would have ruptured or not measured by doctor.
Since there is no free fluid. Follicle is like likely to have not been measured.

but doctor told third follicle is not there... so I have to know whether rupture or not.. if follicle is suddenly not there. what may be the reason?
Brief Answer:
Rupture is only option
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If same doctor has done ultrasound scan, There is no need to worry as it could have ruptured. It just can't disappear.
It would have ruptured if not seen by same doctor and she mentioned that she can't see it.
