Brief Answer:
Ovulation less likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A follicle in single ovary measuring 17 X 15 MM on day 20 suggests either a delayed ovulation or no ovulation. The multiloculated cyst that you have needs proper monitoring every 6 months. This will not interfere with ovulation. But you need to lose some extra weight to help you conceive naturally. It is best to consult an infertility specialist and get all the necessary investigations done to help you conceive.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Increasing siphene dose will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You should take a healthy diet with fruits and green vegetables and try to decrease your weight. Increasing the dose of siphene can help in ovulation. IUI will not help if your ovaries are not producing an egg.
Do consult an infertility specialist for proper treatment.
Hope my answer is helpful.
