It shows multiple follicles in the right ovary, while it shows two dominant follicles on day 13 of the cycle.
These follicles are likely to rupture and ovulation will occur within 1-2 days.
Endometrial thickness is also normal for the day of the cycle.
It is a normal finding and ideal for conception.
