I don't think i have any weakness, swellings or pain. Do not feel too much cold as well. I bath with cold water, drink cold water. I think I feel normal cold.
I am though a little lazy. But I walk 30 minutes almost daily. I feel sleepy all the time and my lower lips are dry all the time and feeling a little more thirsty since 1.5 weeks.

Hi,
Thanks for your follow up questions
As per your answer is concerned you are sub clinical under active thyroid so no medication is required right now unless you have clinical sign or TSH level above 10.so take a multivitamin regularly and add b-complex every month.
Try to avoid certain fruits like cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, XXXXXXX kohlrabi, rutabaga, pak-choi, turnips, Lima beans, Cassava, Maize, Bamboo shoots, Sweet potatoes etc
Limit consumption of soy-based foods
As per your report your total cholesterol 116mg so nothing to be worried at all and TSH is little high but no clinical sign present so nothing to be worried about it as well. Do exercise and avoid certain foods that you can do now and in my opinion no specific medications is required. Do check your TSH next month.
Hope that helps
