Hello Doctor ,
I have uploaded the report too, can you please check
Brief Answer:
Low Hemoglobin and vitamin D levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have seen the attached reports and are largely normal except her Hemoglobin which is on lower side and with advancing pregnancy it will deteriorate further so she needs supplements and iron rich diet like green leafy veggies, jaggery, Apple and pomegranate
Also she should increase her protein intake by increasing milk, pulses, cottage cheese and in case non vegetarian then chicken, eggs and meat.
Her vitamin D levels are also very low so give her sachets of vitamin D usually given as 60,000 units once a week for 8 weeks but it is a prescription drug so take doctor prescription first.
All the best.
Wish her a healthy pregnancy ahead.
