Question: I had a XXXXXXX scan and it showed multifocal premature ventricular contractions including occasional ventricular couplets with ventricular bigeminy noted primarily in recovery. What does that all mean?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that if there are no perfusional changes in the myocardium during this test, there is nothing to worry about.

These changes in the ventricular contractions are quite normal during this test and have not any clinical significance.
