Brief Answer:
Current Diagnosis is due to fall injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand that you want to know whether the blood clot is due to fall or due to pre existing disorders

I have reviewed all the reports
The treating doctor has clearly mentioned that this CVA is following injury

Hence we have to go by this

Had this been due to other causes, the Neurosurgeon would have written "Non Traumatic Bleed", "Hypertensive bleed", "Aneurysmal bleed". etc

Had the Neurosurgeon written as "ICH . Cause known" we can have a doubt

But since it has been clearly mentioned that the cause is injury, we have to conclude that this diagnosis is due to fall

Hope you found the answer helpful.

If you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions, then please do not hesitate in asking again. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
