Brief Answer:
WBC & neutrophil count is low.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have thoroughly gone through your findings in detail.
Your WBC & neutrophil count is low and lymphocyte count is increased.Uric acid level is also mildly raised.

It is important to know your clinical details.
Neutropenia(decreased neutrophil level) and leucopenia(decreased WBC count) with increased lymphocyte count may be due to viral illness.
It is also seen in bacterial infection like typhoid fever.
This is not very concerning and it will correct with treatment of underlying cause.

Mildly increased uric acid level can be managed by diet and life style changes.
You should avoid high purine food.
Don't take alcohol if you take it.
You should increase your physical activity. If increased uric acid level persists then you may need medicines.

Other findings are within normal limit.

Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
