She had a tumor on the colon (removed) and 2out 12 lymph notes were positive but removed but is concert to be cancer free with no treatment but her body could not handle the treatment that was need K also has very little appetite and some Kidney infection and has some blood in the urine resting heart rate 115 and up and moving around 130 and inching skin form her EKG

If from all the testing and investigations she is considered to be cancer free, then her prognosis remains unaffected by the tumor and the previously positive lymph nodes.
The itching skin could be due to the kidney infection, due to which the kidney may not be functioning well enough to flush out all the toxins in her body, whose build up may be causing the itching on her skin.
Her heart rate will have to be addressed, but can be due to a number of causes like:
+Heart related abnormalities
+Atherosclerosis
+Hypertension
+infections or inflammation in the body
+Anemia
+Stress
+Smoking
+Hyperthyroidism
+Excessive caffeine intake
+Side effect of medications
+Cocaine abuse
and a few other causes.
So I would urge you to request your doctor to go about an elaborate evaluation and investigation to find the cause for her tachycardia, and address it accordingly.
