Brief Answer:
You may have iron deficiency or thalassemia minor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have hypochromic microcytic rbcs. These are commonly seen in iron deficiency and thalassemia minor. Anisopoikilocytosis suggest variations in size and shape of rbcs. Target cells are seen in both conditions. Leptocytes seen predominantly in iron deficiency.

So overall report suggest iron deficiency or thalassemia minor.

Please send me your complete hemogram report with rbc indices( rbc, mcv, mch, mchc, rdw) so that I can help you further to find exact cause. Or you can go for serum iron level and hb chromatography to differentiate.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
