What Does This Kidney Test Report Regarding Kidney Stones Indicate?
Left kidney measures ~ 98 x 43 mm appear normal in size and shows multiple calculi in upper, mid and lower calyx, largest measuring ~ 4-5mm in the middle calyx. Corticomedullary differentiation appears maintained. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen .Â

Treatment for kidney stones depends on individual to individual, based on symptoms you are experiencing (since how long and how troublesome they are), what conservative measures have been tried, how long did the stone stay there and along with physical examination findings. After going through the findings of your reports, personally I think that you might need treatment procedure like ESWL which is endoscopic shock wave lithotripsy.
