Could you please tell me what Mitochondrial AB,M2, S. My result was .2/u. What does this mean?. I also had a liver/kidney microsome type 1 antibody. My result was 5.0. What does the result mean? Is my liver or kidney somewhat scarred?

Based on these labs your doctor is mainly looking for primary biliary cirrhosis evidence. Whether there is any evidence of damage to liver would be found on ultrasound.
AMA and ANA are positive which are consistent with findings in PBC. Liver biopsy is the best test to confirm the diagnosis.
There is no specific treatment that would reverse the PBC. Bile sequestering meds are used with variable results. UV light is used for treating associated pruritis.
Liver transplant can be considered at a later stage.
