Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached report. The beta HCG levels are rising suggestive of a pregnancy. The levels are increasing normally so there is no need to worry. You can get an ultrasound scan done after a week to see if the cardiac activity is present in the baby or not. This will help in confirming that the pregnancy is going well. The medicines that you have been given are to prevent an early abortion and to support the pregnancy. The doses are gradually decreased after 14 weeks. Folmet is given to help proper brain and neural tube development in the baby.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
A viable pregnancy is less likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The ultrasound scan does not show a clear sac. A viable pregnancy is less likely but this can happen due to a delayed conception. It is best to wait and get a repeat scan done after 10 days to see if the sac is growing normally or not.
Hope my answer is helpful.
