Brief Answer:
Left eye Cataract and Glaucoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have seen the report attached.

According to the report left eye lens is affected with a cataract and increased intra-occular (inside eye ) pressure and it is called Glaucoma.

There is a clear liquid in the eye just infront of the eye lens which is circulated regularly. Since the iris attachment to the lens is hampering the circulation of the fluid, The attachment has to be released this is called Trabaculoplasty.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

regards,
