Brief Answer:
Normal blood count and peripheral smear
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern
The results indicate normal blood cell counts and morphology. All three blood lineages ie, RBC, WBC and platelets show normal count and characteristics.
Neutrophils are usually the predominant cells among WBC. Normal neutrophil count can be up to 70%.
High neutrophil count indicates possible bacterial infection.
69% neutrophil can be completely normal or due to underlying infection, and it depends on your clinical presentation and symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I have gone through the attached reports. All your blood work up are normal. Nothing concerning at this point.
Sometimes unexplained bruising can occur especially in women around menstrual time
If the bruising or petechiae (red spots you noted) is recurrent follow up with your doctor to undergo further testing to assess problems like von willibrand factor deficiency. But such problems are highly unlikely in your case, since you have normal bleeding and clotting function as per the test results.
