These are not worrying findings. I think it can be regulated by dietary and lifestyle changes. Eat less fats and sugar and exercise. LDL and liver markers should stabilize within a month. If not , you can consider medications, but I don't think it 'll be necessary.

I said wrong, your SGPT is slightly elevated and SGOT is normal.
Considering that only triglicereides and LDL are also slightly elevated and other lab findings are normal, I would not recommend medicines at this point and it would be better to wait several months and see will it improve on dietary changes. There are no sign of liver fibrosis so you dont need to be worried.
