Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.
I have worked through your attached reports in detail.
It's important to repeat BP values for 3 consecutive weeks on a specific day of the week to frame you as hypertension individual.
Considering the abnormal Lipid profile, it's important to go for 20 min brisk walk daily.
Cut down on sugars, fried and fatty food stuff.
Consume, oats and green leafy vegetables on a regular basis.
Fruits like pomegranate and Apple also are advised.
Repeat Lipid profile after 2 months.
In case if higher BP values persist ever 3 readings over 3 weeks along with abnormal lipids after 2 months, we shall start appropriate oral medications.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Normal sleep pattern restoration is mandatory.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.
Many of your symptoms are directly related to the lack of sleep in your case.
This is causing distress in the chest and mind.
It's important that you avoid night shifts for atleast 6 months.
Only then antianxiety medications can be started simultaneously.
Many of your symptoms, resolve with sleep restoration.

Antidepressants will help
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.
I can certainly understand your concern.
You are sleeping for 5 hrs per day and your sleeplessness is mostly due to night shift. It's hard for you to change your shift timings, so you need more sleep in daytime. You need to sleep till 12 noon. For this you must try sleep hygiene techniques like keeping your room dark and silent till 12. Yoga and meditation are also helpful in reducing thoughts of stressed life and also help sleep better. You must try lifestyle changes before starting medicines.
Antidepressants or antianxiety medications can induce some degree of sleep/sedation during the night which can impair your performance. You can start with a low dose of antianxiety medicine under guidance of your physician. If that does not help a low dose of nexito-plus (antidepressant+anti-anxiety) can be taken as a last resort. I generally prescribe one tablet of Nexito plus once a day along with Tab Pantop D on empty stomach before breakfast for 3 months. You will need written prescription to get nexito-plus and it can have side effects.
This will improve your symptoms to a significant extent.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank You.
