Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. A grade I enlargement is very mild and can be easily controlled with medication. The main objective of the medication is to prevent progression of prostate enlargement. Although it does attribute to slight reduction in the size of the prostate, this is minimal. Based on the evaluation, your urologist may prescribe an Alpha-blocker (alfuzosin, doxazosin, prazosin, silodosin, tamsulosin, terazosin) or a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor (finasteride, dutasteride).
In case the enlargement causes urinary symptoms, you might need a surgical intervention called Trans Urethral Resection of Prostate (TURP).
Dietary restriction should take care of the triglyceride level but medication is needed for the elevated cholesterol level. Taking statins like rosuvastatin should help.
You need not worry about the SGPT, TMT and BP as they are in the acceptable range.
