Brief Answer:
Almost normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for using HCM.
Genetically asians are more predisposed to hyper triglyceridemia then whites,Have seen all your reports;Your TG is just marginally elevated,Your cholestrol is normal,Hdl is slightly low,But overall report are not that bad.
As per your question-
Avoid over oily food.
Start taking saffola heart ,olive oil and rice XXXXXXX oil,use one oil for one month, then use the second one for second month.
Don't take mustard oil, butter, ghee ,cream,or any other oil available in market.
Drink lot of water and keep yourself hydrated.
Eat a lot of salads .
30-40 grams of fibres should be included in diet.
Increase oat in diet.
Egg yolk should not be taken,Red meat should be avoided.
Don't eat groundnuts.
Rest continue sprouts XXXXXXX and fruits.

Rest your reports are almost normal ,A variation of +-20 mg/dl can be observed from one lab to another.
Stop rosuvastatin.
Thanks
