Brief Answer:
Only requires dietary management
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
According to the latest guidelines for Lipid management you do not require any medicine for your current lipid profile. You just need to regulate the lipid intake.
Cut down fat rich diet, use olive oil. Avoid junk food. Drink adequate water & exercise regularly (at least 20 minutes/ day for 5 days a week).
Following all these your bp will also be stable.
So Summary is No medication required only dietary regulation is required.
Thanks & take care
