Detailed answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query. I have read your query and understand your concern.
I will answer your queries one by one.
Your chest pain seems to be non cardiac because...
Your all cardiac reports are normal.
Chest pain is shifting it's place.
You are not complaining of any abnormal sweating, palpitations, uneasiness, discomfort etc.
Your pain could be muscular or due to anxiety and stress or acidity.
Your reports clearly state that your total cholesterol levels as well as LDL ( BAD ) cholesterol are high.
Your fatigue could be due to ...
Late night sleep
Depression
Lack of exercises
Could be hypothyroidism, deficiency of VIT B12, deficiency of VIT D etc.
What to do....
Get tested for above mentioned problems.
Sleep early and take proper 7-8 hours sleep.
Do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes, yoga, deep breathing exercises and shed your weight by around 10 kgs.
Avoid fatty foods, sweets, carbonates drinks, junk foods.
Alcohol in moderation and quit smoking, if any.
Eat more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
It would be better to be on a statin medication for at least 3 months for reduction of cholesterol levels. Your doctor will prescribe them.
In nutshell, a lifestyle change is the answer.
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me or any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Since you are stating that you do feel discomfort and uneasiness in chest sometime,I would advise you to visit a cardiologist once more and get yourself reviewd because it has been six months since your last review and your cholesterol levels are also high.
Although I feel that it should be non cardiac but it is always better to act safe rather than feel sorry later on.
A repeat negative report from the cardiologist would bring tons of relief to you.
In addition get tested for the problems I mentioned in my earlier post.
Thanks
