What Does This Liver Function Test Result Indicate?

Question: Hi my baby is 4 moths old due to less weight gain doctor suggested the left test in which his sgot is 92 and sgpt 121 his alkaline phosphate is 187 pls suggest

From the liver function test you mentioned it looks like the liver is under stress. This could be due to multiple reasons like infections, drugs, vitamin deficiency, malnutrition etc. You need to do further test like ultrasound abdomen to look if liver is enlarged and it's architecture.
Do consult your doctor again and enquire about other test like blood count to rule out infections.

viral infection

Detailed Answer:
The report shows increased lymphocytes and total white cell count.
This could be due to any viral infection.
Get ultrasound abdomen done too.
You can repeat lft test after a week to see if it settles.
