What Does This Mean In MRI Partial Tear Of Anterior Cruciate Ligament ?
1. Partial tear of anterior cruciate ligament (grade II)
2. Grade IV tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus.
3. Moderate intra-articular & peri-articular effusion.
4. Mild soft tissue swelling & edema around knee joint
5. Sprain in distal part of lateral collateral ligament.
could you please share your opinion how to recover from this injury.
Can heal with proper rest to the knee.

Thanks for posting your query.
The MRI scan report suggests that you have a partial tear of the ACL. There is tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus also. Rest all are inflammatory changes due to the injury.
This injury can heal with rest using knee brace. In case the injury is more than 2 months old then healing with rest is less likely and a surgical repair may be needed. You need to get this evaluated by your orthopedician and plan accordingly. Repeated injuries are difficult to heal.
