Brief Answer:
Allay fears of HIV.Not needed P24 test

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
VDRL also negative so no need to bother of syphilis.
If the results of Elisa have come negative after about 6 months after the exposure.it is reliable and you can allay the fears of HIV.
P 24 is not needed after the results of elisa have come negative now.It detects presence of antigen p24 at an early stage as early as 3-4 weeks of exposure and may come negative in later stages.
So you can allay fears of HIV.lead a normal life.
You can get back to me for any clarifications.
Thank you
Dr Bharatesh

Brief Answer:
Get tested for hepatitis B to relive of anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
There is no need for HIV test as quoted earlier.
HepB is another virus not related to HIV which is mainly transmitted by blood and blood products.it can be transmitted by sexual inter course also.
So there is no harm in getting hep B also ruled out.
So get investigated for hepatitis B testing also.
