Brief Answer:
Nutrition is the issue.
Detailed Answer:
Hi all of these reports point to the same problem. Your diet is low in fat soluble vitamins and low in protein while being high in Fats and Sugars. You need to check your diet. Do you eat out alot? I am glad you are exercising and doing Cardio. But diet is just as important.
Let me know what your diet is like and we can see how we can fix this.

Sir My typical daily routine mostly for 6 days a week is like this:
6 am : a slice of must melon or half banana around 6 am
Exercise between 6:30 to 8 am for min 45 mins and includes atleast 20 minutes of running on treadmill at 9.3 kms / hours
8:30 am :
sugar less tea with 2 multigrain bread and a very small amount of butter
10:00 am vegetable namkeen daliya / vegetable semolina / veg poha / uttapa around 150 gms
12:00 am butter milk
13:45 / 14:15 lunch consisting of salad (onion, cucumber), curd, boiled dal and vegetable cooked in little oil
16:30 tea without sugar with one threptin biscuit
18:00 roasted nut (almond or walnut)
19:30 / 20:00 dinner mainly consisting of one chapati , green veg and curd
some days's when its office party pr a colleagues birthday I do indulge in slice of cake or samosa. It may happen once a week.
On sunday's I mostly live on fruits till lunch and may eat out in the evening. I am quite conscious of my eating habits as I have faced Gastro reflux disease in the past and in the current scenario I am interested in knowing the life style changes that I should make.
