Question: pulse rate is 118 and bp is 135/87. should we go to doctor.. reply asap.. urgent

iI checked now. pulse is 112 and BP is 145/82. he is shivering and feeling tired

For the shivering and tired feeling, give him warm soup to drink. Keep him warm with warm clothes.
