iI checked now. pulse is 112 and BP is 145/82. he is shivering and feeling tired
Brief Answer:
keep him warm
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
His pulse and BP are not alarming. If he rests well for a few hours, he should be fine.
For the shivering and tired feeling, give him warm soup to drink. Keep him warm with warm clothes.
I do not see a reason to worry here.
Still if you feel there is something that needs to be looked into, you can get him examined by a local doctor.
Regards,
keep him warm
