Question: My rheumatoid Factor is 20.9 Standard range is 0.0-13.9 . How serious is this ?

As you may see yourself, your rheumatoid factor is high.

It can be present generally in people who have rheumatoid arthritis, or other autoimmune disease.
It is very nonspecific finding though, because it can be high in many problems, including when you don't have any problem at all.

So if the value you have is serious or not would depend on why your doctor ordered it. If you have any specific symptom, then it may indicate something. If not, and your doctor just ordered it routinely, then most probably its nothing to worry about.
