What Does This Routine Check Up Report Indicate?

Question: Hii....Please check my Rotine check up report uploaded & tell me about any abnormality & suggestions to improve it, Any medication if u suggest? I am feeling that Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D are very low.

Here are my interpretations of the report

1. The urine sample you have given might be contaminated as it says it contains bacteria and ketones. I recommend you to repeat it.
2. Severe vitamin b12 deficiency had to be treated with vitamin b12 injections. One everyday for a week and then once a week for a month follows by oral vitamin b12. It is causing the RBCs to be bigger. We will need to add folic acid as well.
3. Vitamin d deficiency has to be treated with D rise XXXXXXX taken once a week for 8 weeks.

Re check both values after 8 weeks
