Question: Hi Doctor ,I am XXXX XXXXXXX and I did seman analysis couple of days before for the first time .
As the per the report , Rapid Progressive motility : 10 , slow progressive motility : 20 and non progressive motilty : 70.
Please let us know what should I do next .Am I infertile or is anyway to have baby naturally .

I suggest do some lifestyle changes such as healthy diet and regular excercise for next 3 months. STop smoking and alcohol if you do.
This will help in improving motility. Test again after 3 months for improvement.
As of now you dont need any medicines as the motility is likely to imrove with above measures. You can have baby naturally.

Thanks for the immediate response .
I never smoke and I stopped alchol almost 8 months .I had intercouse only once that too couple of days before the test .
I am overweight to 100 kg .But I am not doing excersice.
Please advice if any of theses above mentioned things affect sperm motility .
