Question: Hi Sir,
I have slight discomfort/mild pain in my RIGHT testicle so i prefer to consult urologist. He asked me to do scrotum color doppler and semen test . PFA scrotum ultrasound summary, pics and semen analysis report. Please let me know if these ultrasound report and semen analysis report normal or not? My doctor said i have oligospermia and prescribed Meftal and POPSON medicine. Also he said it is varicocele and needs to be operated as its affecting my semen. Please provide your expert comments on this abnormality.
Also please let me know can varicocele be cured on its own, is there any natural way do it, i dont want surgery at this age. Also do varicocele level increase with time or it will remain same throughout life?

Even i dont know when am having this abnormality.
I have loots of queries regarding this, can i have your number to consult.
Note- I don't have any discomfort/Pain/heaviness in LEFT testicle

Brief Answer:
Pain is not related to varicocele. Semen analysis is excellent

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome back.

I saw your new reports.

Your semen analysis is excellent and seen in athletes and sports persons with good health. This is a very good semen analysis report. I am happy to see the same. There is no question of oligospermia. Your doctor is wrong.

Your count is 110 million per ml. Normal count is 15 million per ml or more. Your count is very good. No question of oligispermia.

Your scrotal Doppler report does show subclinical varicocele in left testis. But this is not affecting your semen at all.

Interestingly your pain is in right testis and varicocele is in left testis. I feel your pain is unrelated to varicocele. I am against surgery for the same.

Please avoid using undergarments and wear very loose cotton track pants for next 15 days and avoid using two wheeler. This should reduce pain as it could be due to temporary pain.

I understand you wish to talk to me. You can request healthcaremagic customer care to connect to my number ( Dr. Mahesh Koregol). They will connect and we can talk. I would clarify your doubts.
