Brief Answer:
Invitro fertilisation is a viable option available
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
You seem to abnormality both in the form and motility.
The severity of dysfunction seems to be high.
For this ,drugs will be of little help.
In order to conceive, one needs normal sperm with good motility.
Such sperms can be obtained through 2 methods-ICSI and TESE.
ICSI involves direct injection of sperm into your wife's ovum.
These sperms are obtained through TESE-which is testicular sperm extraction, where a small amount of testicular tissue is obtained through needle insertion.
I advise you to consult an Urologist in person.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
