You have oligospermia.Sperm count should have been more than 15 million per ml but your report shows 10 million per ml. Motility and morphology are fine and not to worry.
I suggest you repeat semen analysis again from different standard laboratory and verify if this report is true.
This could be wrong report.
You dont need Menogon injections. Stop it.

My semenanalysis result was more poor before 2 months my sperm count was 2.8 million. After doctor prescribed then its become 10 million now. And this test was from most top rated best hospital in XXXXXXX
So please prescribe me how its can increase to 15+ million. Because my wifes gyne doctor told that when my sperm count will be more than 15 million then she will do her IVF. She have problem that her egg not come out. So I want best suggestion from you too.

Is it not possible way to increase to 15 million+ ?
I saw some peoples sperm count increased after treatment. Even my sperm count was 2.8 million before 2 month ago and now after 2 months treatment its increased to 10 million.
