Question: According my semen analysis report what kind of problem I'm facing

I have gone through the report and based on that there is oligospermia, Sperm count below 20 million/ml called Oligospermia.
The sperm count varies from 20 to 150 million sperm per milliliter. Other parameters are fine.
Repeat your semen analysis after a month or so. I would have asked you to avoid any sexual activity that results in ejaculation for 2 to 5 days before this test. This helps to make sure that your sperm count will be at its highest. It also makes the test more reliable.
