Hi,
I saw the attached semen analysis report.
This shows evidence of semen infection. This infection has probably lead to slight reduction in motility.
This is small problem and can easily be treated with antibiotics.
I suggest you give semen for culture and sensitivity test done to identify the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.
This infection can be treated easily.
