Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.
Overall report is fine except morphology and presence of pus cells. This report suggest some kind of genitourinary infection which may affect sperm morphology. I recommend semen culture sensitivity test and urine routine micro examination and then course of suitable antibiotic medicines.
I suggest repeat examination after 2 months of treatment. As complete sperm cycle is of 75 days.
You should not do masturbation or sex at least for 3 days prior to giving semen sample. Sample should be given in laboratory where it is tested or reached to laboratory within an hour of collection to the testing laboratory. This will give the best results.
I also recommend simultaneous analysis of serum testosterone level as this hormone plays key role in sperm production.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for delayed response due to some unavoidable circumstances.
Yes you got all tests right. Medicine name will be decided after semen culture sensitivity test.
Yes sperms count is normal so you can produce baby but it may take time and you need more efforts.
Your problem is minor. Repeat reports after above approach will clear all doubts.
Feel free to discuss further.
