What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: My test results concluded that
motility 60% motile 40% non motile
morphology 80% normal 20% abnormal
RBC 1 million
WBC 1 million ejaculation on both
sperm count 260 million ejack.
OTHERS: Giant head, amorphous head, grade-4 fast non linear progression
what does this mean?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Motility and morphology of sperms is normal. However sperms having rbcs and WBCs indicate infection of genital tract. Grade 4 non linear spermatozoa indicates fertility will be a problem, as motility is there but the sperms in your case are not in a direction and haphazard and lose energey earlier than required. It takes grade A linear motility to fertilize the ovum easily.

Talk to your fertility consultant and let them decide what is best for you. I hope it helps.
