Question: Hi doctor.
I'm married a yes ago.v are trying for a child but not getting success.
I have done my semens

Can my wife get pregnant with above statements

I don't think you should be taking fertyl tablet .
Coming to fertility ..I want you to answer following questions.
1.How often you have intercourse.?
2.Does she get up immediately and wash the vaginal area after intercourse?
3.is her cycles regular?
4.does she have any other medical or hormonal issues ?
5.Do you have any other medical or hormonal issues.?
6.Any addictions like smoking and alcohol consumption
7.Are you on any other medications?
After seeing the answer, it will be easy to guide you further.
Please give some more details of both of you and upload reports of investigations.

V don't have any hormones issue
She never gets up after intercourse
I don't have habit of smoke but I'll booze beer every Saturday
V have inter course every alternate days from her period cycle of 10-18

I suggest you to have daily intercourse from day 9th of her periods to 19th day of her periods,instead of alternate days.
In addition she should undergo a gynaec check up and ultrasound scan to know the follicular development and tubal patency.
After confirming everything you can try for 6 months.If no pregnancy it is better to consult an infertility specialist and do further evaluation.
