Brief Answer:
Possibly but needs more tests!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

That is suggestive of a possible infection. There is a reason to be worried about a possible infection at this time as the number of pus cells are more than 10/hpf.

Do you have any other signs of an infection such as pain and frequent urination? If yes, I will recommend that you get a gram stain and possibly a culture sensitivity examination to establish this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Regards
