Brief Answer:
Your semen analysis is well within normal range

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the report of your semen analysis I would state that all the semen parameters like count ,motility and morphology of the sperms are well within normal range as per WHO standards .

The volume of the semen is low because of ejaculation gap which is just 24 hours .Ideally there should be a abstinence of 3 days before semen is collected and submitted for analysis .

There should not be any problem to impregnate your wife provided she does not have any problem as regards her menstruation and ovulation cycle ..

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Hi, Thank you very much for your answer.

Just wanted to know whether the 20 millions/ml sperm count is good enough to have baby, because I have seen on my report it shows normal range is between 60 - 120 millions/ml.

Brief Answer:
20 million /ml sperm count is within normal accepted range

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
Since you have done semen analysis after 24 hours of previous ejaculation it is bound to be lower than what it should be.It can not be considered low as semen volume is also low .

However even otherwise count of 20 millions /ml is accepted as a normal by most of the infertility centers all over the world .

It is the percentage of active motile sperm that is a important factor to fertilize a female egg to result into pregnancy .

Thanks and Regards.
