I've already commented on your semen report, dated 11.3.16.
Kindly go through previous reply.
The sperm density has improved.--48mill/ml.
The sperm motility is sub-optimal.--20%--grade-1.
It should be above 50%.
The sperm morphology(shape and size) is 37%.
This is below desired level of above 50-60%.
The semen shows pus cells of 4-6/hpf.
This is suggestive of residual infection,if you've taken full course of antibiotic.
The antibiotic should be according to, semen culture report.
You're advised to undergo a scrotal, doppler ultrasound scan.
This is to screen for varicocele.
You may send the reports to me, for expert opinion.
