Question : I have 3.7 million sperm count 1percent motility WBC in seman and hydrocele and just failed one ivf reasons embryo implantation failed my wife has thyroid and pcos
Could I have infection in my hydrocele

1) What is your ultrasound scan report ( Scrotal doppler ) ? Please upload the same.

2) Please upload copies of IVF summary. How many eggs were obtained and how many embryos formed. What was the grade of embryos.

3) What is her TSH hormone level and how much medicines she is taking.

I would be able to answer more in detail if i can get above details..

Her tsh is 6.35 and she is not taking any med for it

My fsh is 4.6 lh=4.19 , testosterone 694 froctose positive prolactin 5.69 And theses results are after taking clomid for 30 days I also have wbcs in seman pls advise how to get rid of infection and improve count and motility since I started using clomid my cholesterol has risen to 193 and uric acid 7.34
With high tsh of my wife do we need to control thyroid first or we can have 2 nd attempt at ivf

Hi,

You hormones seem to be fine.

Please get semen culture and sensitivity test done.

This will show the organism responsible for infection and WBC. You can take antibiotics as per the report.

Your wife's thyroid needs to be treated for atleast 3 months and make sure its normal before attempting next IVF.
