also found a gallbladder polpy 0.4 cm what does this mean is this gallbladder cancer?
Brief Answer:
probably fatty liver only
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I've read your report and although I cannot be absolutely certain about the hypoechoic area. Such areas are common in fatty liver disease. So the answer is that if the radiologist or your doctor considers the area suspicious, further diagnostic evaluation should be done with a CT scan or MRI.
Regarding the tiny polyp, this is 99,9% benign. The radiologists usually point out suspicious polyps. In cases like yours a repeat ultrasound scan after a few months would be appropriate to detect any changes.
I hope you find my answer helpful!

the radiologist did not mention that area was suspicious by saying 2.2x 3.3x1.5 cm avascular hypoechoic ara anterior to the portal vein this is common location for sparing of fatty infiltration comparionson of this area if available is suggested if none is available ultrasound 6 month folow up does this mean suspiciousfor cancer?
Brief Answer:
not likely
Detailed Answer:
this area is indeed commonly spared in fatty liver disease, so the chances are that this is benign but you can't really say with 100% certainty. The comparison serves to distinguish between a changing (growing) tumor and a benign fatty liver. The tests I've proposed may also distinguish between them.
