What Does This Sonogram Report Indicate?
Question: my sonogram came back with these issues.
1. Persistent subcentimeter pancreatic lesion.
2. mild intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation or prominence
3. persistant parapelvic renal cysts

Pancreas and biliary duct findings should be checked with possible pancreas tumor. That is why abdominal CT is necessary and should be done as soon as possible.
Renal cyst(if its a simple cyst) is something that needs to be controlled with an ultrasound once a year.
