What Does This Sonograpy During 25 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

Question: My wife is 25 week pregnant
Yesterday in obstetrics sonography doctor noted one small cyst at the placenta
Please suggest is it safe for both mother and baby ???

It is very common to have this incidental finding on ultrasound but since growth of the baby is normal nothing to worry.
