What Does This Sperm Analysis Indicate?
Question: Please find my computer assisted Siemens analysis result -
Abstinence - 3 days
Volume - 1.5 ml
Sperm Count - 126 millions
Concentration - 84 millions/ml
Morphology - 4%
Motility ->Total Progressive + Non progressive -35%
I can see my sperm count is OK but motility is on the lower side. I did manual Siemens analysis 1 yr back . Sperm count was similar (82 millions/ ml) but motility was > 60%
Not sure why it's low this time. How severe is this problem and what should be my next steps?
Please advice.. Please note that I am not smoker and occasional drinker.
