Question: what does this sperm analysis test result says?
Sperm Count 65 Millions/ml, Motility 70%, Morphology - Normal, Pus Cells - 2-4/hpf, RBC - 0-1/hpf, Viscosity - highly viscous, Reaction - Alkaline and Appearance - White

Thanks for the query.
I have seen your reports and find that your reports are absolutely normal except that there are few pus cells seen in it,however it is not sure whether infection is there or not because in general it becomes difficult to distinguish between a pus cell and a sperm precursor cell.
The best is to go for a semen culture and sensitivity test to see whether infection is there or not.
Make sure that antibiotic is taken only if culture proves that there is infection,otherwise there is no need to consume antibiotics unnecessarily.
