
What Does This Stool Report Indicate?

Question: In routine stool test physical examination presence of mucus and microscopy free rbc, many pus cells, macrophages and scanty veg matter were found. This test was followed immediately after having two days of watery diarrhoea was done . No blood was reported in lab test but when I wiped after passing stool tissue paper was bright red. What does it indicate?
