Brief Answer:
Increased amount of breast feeds or ORS needs to be given.

I have gone carefully through your query and have checked the report. The number of pus cells is not raised and so it does not indicate the presence of a bacterial infection (presence of bacteria does not matter). So, it can be a simple viral diarrhea or it is something of no concern as a child of this age can pass stool 10 times a day (or even once in 10 days). You need to give increased amount of breast feed or ORS (oral rehydration solution) to make up for the lost water and salts. If the frequency of passage of stool is more than 6-8 times in 24 hours, it is not a cause for concern.
