Question: Good Afternoon Doctor My stress Test report is as follows; Interpretation Summary: Resting ECG:ST-T changes in lateral leads. Func Capacity: markedly decreased by >40%.HR Response to Exercise: Appropriate.BP Response to Exercise:Normal.Resting BP-Appropriate response.Chest Pain:none.Arrhythmias:none. ST Changes: Depression horizontal. Conclusion : STRESS TEST POSITIVE FOR EXCERCISE INDUCED ISCHAEMIA. Kindly advise I am not diabetic, no BP ,Cholestrol on higher borderline. Is it serious, I forgot to mention that I stay on the 3rd floor & climb at one stretch effortless Thanks XXXXXXX

Brief Answer: Hello Detailed Answer: Hi Mr XXXXXXX i am Dr Mittal I have read your query Now I understand that you dont have any symptoms. And I also assume that this test was done as a part of routine check I would have personally suggested a patient I was seeing to go ahead with a CT Angiography. That is the one way to know. Alternative is a stress Doppler. However the latter test is not easily available. I understand it may seem unnecessary, but matters of heart need to be taken seriously Best of luck Dr Mittal
